For the lucky people who are just experiencing minor symptoms, you simply need to learn how to silence your mind and ignore the thoughts that do not belong to you.
Strange clicking and popping in the nasal cavity. Sometimes when you wake up from a heavy night of nonstop dreams you can hear and/or feel this.
The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.
